What about customer service & tracking?
All incoming errands from customers must be answered within 1 working day (24 hours) according to the agreement. All orders over 300 SEK/DKK/NOK or 30 EUR must be sent with tracking information. If not, you are in breach of the agreement you have with CDON. Here at CDON we take great pride in excellent customer experience!
If you need to get in touch with a customer of yours, make a ticket using the Contact form and choose 'Order' as errand type. State the order number and the text you would like to send to the customer, then our customer service team can help you start up a dialogue with the customer.
