What am I NOT allowed to sell on CDON?

You are the legal seller and must keep track and follow all laws and regulations for each country with the products you sell. You are not allowed to sell anything that is illegal, harmful, stolen goods, or environmentally hazardous.

Products encompassed by the list cannot be marketed on the Agent's Website without prior

written consent from the Agent. If the Principal has any doubt whether a product is allowed to market on the Agent's Website, the Principal shall contact the Agent for advice, and should not market the product on the Agent´s Website before receiving such advice. 

• Used Products or Demo products are not clearly indicated as used or demo products. 
• Animals
•  Drugs and controlled substances (including but not limited to narcotic substances or other products that are or can come to be classed as a narcotic products). Items intended for use in connection with narcotics, and drug paraphernalia, (including but not limited to, pipes, bongs, and needles).
•  Products intended for criminal activity, including but not limited to lock-picks, skimming devices, and code-grabbing devices.
•  Fireworks and explosives, flammable products.
•  ID and other official documents.
•  Controlled- and/or dangerous chemical products or substances (including but not limited to pesticides, biocides, plant protection chemicals). Approved cosmetic products are excluded.
•  Medical Products that do not comply with all rules and regulations in the Territory.
•  Any and all Products that can be considered offensive or promotes hatred.
•  Pirated/counterfeited Products and bootlegs.
•  Products that do not meet all applicable health-, safety -and environmental requirements.
•  Stolen Products.
•  Tobacco / E–cigarettes.
•  Currency, coins, bills, securities, bonds, stocks, or other similar financial Products.
•  Weapons, hereunder Guns and ammunition.
•  Products that have import/export restrictions.
•  Fur, animal body parts.
•  Products including ingredients/parts from endangered animal species.
•  Alcoholic beverages.
•  Radioactive Products and Laser Products.
•  Human body parts.
•  Lottery tickets.
