There are different situations in which your order is not credited any postage:

• The customer is a member of CDON+ 
• The customer has purchased items from more than one merchant and one of the other merchant has a higher postage
• If the customer has used a promotional code from CDON for free standard delivery. However in this case the postage will be paid out with the next payment.
