Merchants are responsible for providing proof of eligibility to sell any of the following:

• Audiobooks or e-books
• Game consoles with pre-installed games (Nintendo, Super nintendo, Game boy)
• Recordings of concerts or live performances
• Movies and TV series on DVD, Blu-ray or laserdisc
• CD’s and vinyl records
• Video games
• Software
