CDON does not allow the sale of hazardous/toxic materials or products that pose a significant risk to consumers' health, safety and/or property, especially when transported by air, train, road or sea.

Product advertisements deemed to be in violation of this policy are subject to various actions and/or removal without notice. If a merchant is found to have repeatedly violated this policy, the merchant may be subject to other actions, including (but not limited to) account suspension or account termination.

Certain products may be eligible to be sold in or to certain countries/regions if the merchant provides valid safety certifications and/or valid proof of registration or authorization.

Prohibited products include but are not limited to:

• Butane
• Helium
• All products containing benzene - carcinogenic
• All products containing glyphosate - pesticide
• Self-contained lithium or lithium batteries
• Insecticide
• Quicksilver
• Other hazardous materials reported by the European Commission or other regulatory authorities (eg environmental related) worldwide
