If you as a merchant discover that another merchant has used your copyrighted product image(s) without your permission, contact us via compliance@cdon.com  Please note that you must be the actual rights holder in order to submit a report.

The report of a stolen product image must include the following:

• The product number of your own ad and of the infringing ad
• A clear description of why the product image infringes your intellectual property rights
• Some form of proof that you as a trader own the exclusive rights to the images.

If you are two merchants who claim the right to the same image, we will connect you via email so that you can resolve the matter on your own outside of CDON. This means that you, as a trader, agree to us giving out your email address to the other trader.

Please note that it is necessary that you submit all of the above information and necessary documents when registering, otherwise the case will not be processed.
