If you need to adjust the price for an order you will need to use “write down rows”. Go to your page in Connect and choose the order you want to adjust. When you mark the product / products you will see a few options you can choose to use, in this case, you will want to use “write down rows”. When you choose this option you will see a pop-up page, it is where you can adjust the price. It is important to make sure the quantity is correct when you change the price, if you have multiple products and change the price, all products will have the same price.
In the box that is called “amount to write down” you´ll want to write the amount that is going to be paid back to the customer. When you adjust the price in this box you will see that a new price will be visible in the box to the right, called “new price per unit”.
For example, if the product first costs 300 kr and you want to refund 200 kr to the customer. You will have to write 200 in the box called “amount to write down” and then you will see that the price in the box to the right will be 100. When you then press submit this will be the new price the customer will pay for the order/product.
When you change something in Connect we can´t change it back. When you have submitted a new price, a refund will be done automatically to the customer and the customer will receive their refund within 2-5 days. If the customer has chosen to pay with the invoice and hasn´t paid it yet it will be cancelled in our system.
