If you want to register a return in Connect with a full refund to the customer, you will have
to use “mark as returned”. When you mark the product/products that you want to register
you will see that a few options will be available. Use the button that is called “mark as
returned”. When you press this a new window will be visible on your screen, this is where
you can adjust how many products that are going to be registered as returned. When you have
the correct number of products that are going to be registered as returned you can press
“submit”. A refund will automatically be done to the customer and will be visible to the
customer within 2-5 banking days.
Important information about returns and refunds:
- Use “mark as returned” if a customer should receive a full refund.
- Use “Write down rows” if a customer is only going to receive a part refund. This could be when a customer needs to pay a return fee. When you have used “write down rows” for this, do not use “mark as returned” after this. That would result in a full refund.
