All eligible unopened customer returns will be returned to picking stock, including unclaimed packages (where the customers will be charged a non picked up fee. Various claims (warranty, guarantee, etc.) will be forwarded to you, to ensure correct handling.
Opened customer returns, which cannot be resold as new, will not be returned to picking stock. You will be notified by CDON, and the items will be placed in a dedicated space for you, and will be subject to return, or scrapping, upon your request, every 2-4 weeks.
