DAC7 is a mandatory EU directive regarding new data obligations from 1 January 2023, for platform operators subject to reporting obligations. The new rules mean that platform operators must submit information to the Swedish Tax Agency about which sellers use the platform and what income they have received, once a year.

CDON is a platform operator subject to reporting obligations. CDON must therefore provide information about all reportable sellers once a year, in January.

For CDON to be able to report the correct information to the Swedish Tax Agency all sellers must have a completed and updated DAC7 form in Connect. It is the seller’s responsibility to make sure that the information is provided and correct.

You find the form in Connect under settings-> DAC7.

After DAC7 has been reported to the Swedish Tax Agency, CDON will provide the same information to all sellers.
