Why do my products missing images?
The CDON image import works by first downloading your image, then uploading it again to CDONs own Content Delivery Network. This is to reassure that if your webshop is unreachable, we still are able to provide our mutual customers with working images on CDON.
Due to this image handling process, importing, and/or updating images normally take longer than uploading the product itself. Hence some products will show missing images during the import process.
Please allow up to 24 hours for an image to be imported or updated.
Make sure that you don't have any IP restrictions on your image URLs, as this won't allow us to use your images on CDON.
If, after 24h the image still isn't as expected, please reach out to CDON technical support for assistance.
