How do we handle claims?
All claims should be handled according to the consumer law in the country where the customer resides. For Sweden, information can be found at https://www.konsumentverket.se.
If a customer contacts you with a claim, you need to review the case and find a solution that best fits the situation. This could be a discounted price, new product, repair och a refund. However you choose to solve the case, it has to be handled and solved in a timely manner.
If the product needs to be repaired, the customer needs to be informed beforehand that costs may be involved, should the product be deemed not defective after all. The customer should agree to all costs before the product is returned for service.
If the claim is made within 14 days of receiving the product, customer has the right to return the product and be refunded.
In such cases, please credit the order as per below:
Go to Orders and search for the order number you want to manage.
Select the articles affected and click Mark as returned.
If the order contains more than one of the same item, remember to change the quantity to match.
