What do I do if the order is delayed?
If an order is delayed and cannot be sent within the delivery time of the product, you can use the Shipping Date function to set a new delivery date. The date should be when you are expected to be able to send the shipment.
Select the product in the order that is affected and click on Shipping Date.
Set the date where you are expected to be able to send the shipment.
You will still have to mark the order as delivered when this date arrives.
